Laney joined Houston Home Maintenance in 2024. She began her career in decorative plumbing and hardware sales, where she developed strong relationships with residential builders, designers, and architects throughout Houston. After more than seven years of sales, she accepted an interior design position with a former luxury design-and-build client. After learning the ins-and-outs out of residential building, she found her way to Head of Operations at Houston Home Maintenance. Specializing in client relations, organization, and scheduling, she manages the necessary day-to-day operations to keep properties running smoothly.
